Not sure if you've heard about this. The American Humanist Association demanded this 'temporary' memorial (it had been up a little less than 2 years) be removed as a constitutional violation. Reminds us of FFRF attorney Andrew Seidel's argument that every violation should be challenged - no matter how small. What do you think? Was AHA right?
